Cereal Trials Open Evening – Lanarkshire

This event gives the opportunity to view the SRUC trial plots. These include variety comparisons, fungicide and herbicide trials. Speakers including Dr Fiona Burnett, Neil Havis and Steve Hoad will give an overview of the plots. These plots give important data to show how particular varieties and chemicals are performing giving farmers an idea of how to tackle problems they may have at home and allow them to plan strategies for the next cropping season

- Tour of plots.
