How to Make the Best of your Croft: Wester Ross – Event 1 – Seeing Your Croft’s Potential
Has an area of your croft become overgrown?
Are you looking for help realising your croft’s potential?
This event is the first in a series of three on improving the productivity of your croft, whether for livestock, crops, woodlands or biodiversity. The three sessions will broadly follow a ‘5 year plan’ for your crofting business. At this first meeting we will discuss how to assess your land and what needs it for grassland and forage crops, opportunities for biodiversity, and options you may have for woodland creation or management. We will also cover available grants and the crofting register.
