Come along to Newland Farm, Darvel to participate in a series of workshops to improve the efficiency and profitability of your sheep enterprise.

  • Fertility & pre breeding checks on rams & ewes
  • Targeting lambing dates to ensure that peak lactation & peak grass growth coincide
  • The benefits of selective culling to improve flock efficiency
  • Health planning and best practise in dosing and injection protocals
  • Housing options; space requirements & bedding options

As this meeting is a practical on farm event, you are asked to bring clean, suitable footwear & clothing.  Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
