New Entrants to Farming: A Fresh Start (Caithness)

In this workshop event, participants will be given a tour of Bennachie croft and information on the current system then the group will be asked to appraise the business, looking at its strengths and weaknesses, then decide on a strategy to take the business forward.  The event will be led by Willie Budge and Cat MacGregor (SAC Consulting).

This event will give New Entrants the necessary tools to look at business opportunities from an objective viewpoint.  This meeting is being run in response to a training need which has been identified by new entrants and young farmers in the area.

As this is an on farm event please remember to wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Lunch will be provided so booking is essential.
