Farm Wildlife Walks – East Burnhead Farm
In 2022 we here at Scotland’s Farm Advisory Service (FAS) launched the Farm Wildlife Walks series, aimed at having grass roots, farmer led discussions on biodiversity conservation and stimulate discussion around how to support and facilitate change with minimal disruption to conventional farming. The series was a terrific success and we are thrilled that so many of you responded as positively as you did so with that in mind, this year we have expanded the series to cover more farms across the country and continue to demonstrate the enthusiasm for nature net gain.
So join FAS on the 9th of August, by kind permission of the Boswell family, East Burnhead for a broad discussion on the options available to support nature conservation, an introduction to the concept of natural capital and the low cost investments farmers can make for maximum impact!
