Peeblesshire Soil & Nutrient Network Farm Meeting

The final meeting of the Peeblesshire Soil & Nutrient Network is to be held at Wormiston, Peebles on the 22nd August 2017. The objective of the project is to look at soil and nutrient management with the aim of reducing fertiliser costs, improving soil structure and biodiversity and making the best use of organic manures. By visually assessing soil structure, analysing soil and nutrient budgeting, significant financial savings can be made with small alterations to your nutrient and soil management. The final meeting will look over the farm project and highlight the savings which have been made as a result of the project.

- Nutrients required for silage
- Grassland compaction
- Soil Biodiversity
