We will meet at the Green Valley Golf Academy for the 3rd and final event for the Stranraer Soil & Nutrient Network.
The event will begin with a roundup of the changes being made at Balwherrie as a result of this 12-month project and the outcomes from our on-site lime trials. With guest speakers Alastair McClelland, Academy Vets & Steve McHarg, Origin Fertilisers, we will be looking at a range of topics including:
- Tailoring your winter ration to accommodate the quality and quantity of 2019 silage crops.
- Soil-borne disease and parasites and their impact on animal health
- Fertiliser outlook – what are the market trends and how might Brexit have an impact?
This event is free to attend and open to all. Find meeting notes from the two previous events here.
