What to Watch When Growing Cereals Post Brexit
This event provides growers with an opportunity to get a brief update on crop trials from 2020, along with spring cereal variety recommendations for 2021, alternatives to Pesticides that are being withdrawn, and the implications for market prospects post Brexit.
By November we should (hopefully) know the shape of the Brexit trade deal to be agreed (or not agreed) between the UK and the EU. At the meeting we will examine the implications of what is known then for agriculture and cereal markets in Scotland and the UK and what type of changes and adaptations may be important for farm businesses to consider
Come and be a part of the meeting, and use the opportunity to ask questions to leading specialists within SRUC.
If you have any queries about the event, please telephone 01467 625385 or email Thainstone@sac.co.uk
