Women in Agriculture, Morayshire: Motivate & Inspire with Louise Urquhart

The Morayshire Women in Agriculture 2021 syllabus kicks off with our meeting as part of the WiA Motivate & Inspire series.

Join us on Wednesday 14th July to hear from Louise Urquhart who alongside farming livestock at Milton of Auchinhove near Lumphanan in Aberdeenshire, runs Louise’s Farm Kitchen.

Louise will give us an insight into her journey from her family farming background and starting out on her own with her husband Ahren in 2013 to launching Louise’s Farm Kitchen in summer 2016. Since then she has grown the diversification project to run outdoor catering, pop up farm shops, farmers markets, suppling farm shops and door-to-door deliveries of rare breed pork, Scotch lamb, mutton, and beef. All while juggling life as a mother of two young daughters!

Louise will share the highs and lows, barriers and challenges she has faced along the way of her inspirational and motivational journey so far.
