This meeting will focus on the KPIs that will help you better understand your grassland and livestock’s performance. The online meeting will be very practical and will be led by Poppy Frater. There will be a Q&A session following the talk.

Gut instinct plays a role in many farm business results but being able to measure and quantify success (or failure) is truly critical. That’s where key performance indicators (KPIs) come in.

Pasture based farmers that have a grasp of their KPIs often have superior control over grassland, better home-grown forage utilisation and a higher bottom line than those which do not.
