Batching lambs before sale to maximise returns.
Getting lambs into the best condition starts long before sale day. From pre-tupping nutrition right through to weaning, good flock management plays a vital role.
Lorna Shaw, Senior Sheep Nutritionist at SAC, will explain how nutrition influences lamb performance and guide you through the principles of condition scoring, including practical demonstrations to help you confidently assess your own stock.
Come along, ask questions, and pick up practical knowledge that could help improve both your flock’s performance and your bottom line.
