Benchmarking – Cost of Production
The final meeting in the Dairy Benchmarking series will focus on calculating the full Cost of Production (CoP). This is essential to allow you to plan for changes in milk price or input prices. Knowing your CoP will allow you to plan for investment when profits are good and take actions to reduce costs when profitability reduces.
