Join us at the Grinneabhat Centre in Bragar for our event, where we will be looking at how to get the most from your produce and route surplus home grown produce from small scale producers to outlets within the local community. Grinnebhat Chef Paul Moorby will also show examples of dishes that can be created from small produce boxes. There will also be a short video presentation from the Farm Advisory Service on Marketing using various streams.
A Group Q & A session , buffet & refreshments will be provided.
