Personal and Business Resilience

Successful, resilient farm businesses don’t happen because the farm is in a good location, or because it has better soils, or because they have better livestock, or because they are lucky.  Successful, resilient farm businesses are run by resilient farmers, with the right attitude, outlook and support to overcome challenges and to seize opportunities that come their way.  The good news is that we can all work on personal resilience, and enjoy the benefits to our businesses.

Over the month of March we will be adding a range of resources below to allow you to work on your own personal resilience.  If you would like to sign up to our mailing list, we will send you daily prompts (Monday to Friday) throughout the month of March, with information to read, podcasts and exercises to do to build your resilience. You can also find all the daily exercises by clicking on the link below.

If any of these emails or exercises have affected you and you feel you would like to speak to someone, support is available through RSABI.  You can call them on 0300 111 4166.  Their helpline is open from 7am to 11pm all year.
