Simplifying Sheep Systems

Join us at Bankhead Farm, Stranraer, by kind permission of Grant Hurcomb for a series of interactive workshops that will cover the different elements required in improving efficiency in our sheep systems to make them more profitable and easier to manage.  Workshops will cover:

1. Handling systems – comparing ease, effectiveness, and cost of various types of handling system

2. Summer health planning for lambs and managing wormer resistance

3. Nutrition and mineral supplementation for finishing lambs and ewes pre tupping

4. Discussion on the art of managing time
