Suckler Nutrition Workshop – Feeding for Success

This workshop will cover the nutritional management of the suckler herd as we approach calving and into lactation, including managing condition, meeting energy and protein requirements, getting the right mineral balance and the benefits of metabolic profiling.

We will also discuss the results of a Farming for a Better Climate project on cow efficiency and the use of weight data to make better informed breeding decisions to drive efficiency and profitability of the suckler herd.
