Women in Agriculture Western Isles – Biodiversity Audits
Do you want to have a go completing your own biodiversity audit map for the Whole Farm Plan?
One option within the Whole Farm Plan conditions for future subsidy, is completing a Biodiversity Audit. This involves creating a habitat map of your croft, and is something that you can do yourself.
We are hosting a drop in session where you can bring your laptop/ipad, pens/paper and have a go completing the map yourself with SAC Consulting and RPID staff around to support you. Or you can just pop in to find out what is required of you for the Whole Farm Plan biodiversity audit and ask any questions you might have.
We will be in Hosta Hall the afternoon of Thursday 13th March, with refreshments. Call in for a cuppa at a time that suits you and we’ll support you with your biodiversity audit map.
