Agronomy 2020 – Presentations from Scottish Events
14 February 2020The Scottish Agronomy 2020 roadshows were held in Perth, the Scottish Borders, Inverness and Aberdeen during mid-January.
The events were held in association with AHDB and SRUC and had a great line up of guest speakers at each event. Topics discussed included updates on the latest Scottish Cereal Varieties, crop health updates and what options are available to control pests and diseases. We heard market updates and a forward outlook about what to expect over the next year as well as discussing the implications of Brexit. With efficient production key for any arable market, we also heard from research experts about the importance of soil health and management and how we can further improve this at farm level.
With so many topics covered at such a detailed level, we have collated the presentation slides used by our key speakers and made them available to download. Please use the links below to access each presentation slide set.
