Analysing Farm Accounts

Welcome to Analysing Farm Accounts

To get a real handle on how well, or how badly, a business is doing, performance must be measured or benchmarked against industry standards.

This course will show you how to derive three types of benchmarks:

  1. Benchmarks that measure a business’ ability to pay bills in the short term (Short term solvency)
  2. Benchmarks that measure a business’ ability to pay bills and repay debt in the longer term (Longer term solvency)
  3. Benchmarks that measure how well the business is using its resources to generate profit (Profitability)
