Crofting Cows – Shetland
Join us for a free one-day cattle event at Skeld Hall and Gardens, Culswick for a croft visit. We will explore the future of beef production in crofting and how to make the best of the resources you have.
We will meet at Skeld Hall, 10:30am, followed by a visit to Gardens, Culswick, courtesy of Sandy Fraser. Lunch back at the hall followed by the chance to catch up and discuss the future of cattle crofting in Sheltand.

Osla Jamwal-Fraser – The Changing Policy landscape.
There will also be a talk from local artisan butcher Jay Joubert on his businesses and the local meat trade.
