Running a Committee Meeting – Assynt

Following the first meeting looking at the process of setting up a committee and the office bearer roles, this follow-up meeting will concentrate on the actual running of a meeting by the committee, this will be done by creating a mock meeting with the attendees where they will play the roles we discussed at the first FAS meeting in November 2025 and look at the records to be kept, such as the minutes to be taken and recorded and also the treasurer report.
