The Land-Based Pre-Apprenticeship Scheme is delivered by Ringlink in partnership with Lantra Scotland and Scotland's Rural College, and funded by the Scottish Government. In this week’s FAS TV, we visit Glenrinnes Estate, a 6,000-acre organic and sporting estate in the heart of Speyside. Estate manager Alister Laing shares his experience as a mentor, while apprentice Luke talks about completing the programme and what it’s done for his career. We also hear from Grant Ireland from Ringlink about the programme and how to apply, with applications for the summer intake now open.
