On this week’s FAS TV, we meet Becky and Ian Stewart, third-generation tenant farmers from Strathdon, Aberdeenshire, who have diversified into rearing free-range bronze Turkeys for the Christmas market. The couple's core business was beef and sheep farming until 2018, when turkeys were introduced to utilise their polytunnels.
