Integrated Control of Grass Weeds (Lothians) – event summary

A farm meeting was held at East Hermiston, starting off with presentations on grass weed ID, cultural and rotational control, followed by a field visit to discuss EFA options and chemical control of grass weeds. We then returned to the shed for an excellent presentation by Paul Gosling of AHDB about blackgrass (how to stop it arriving on your farm, cultural control methods and herbicide resistance).
