Managing a Mixed Farming Enterprise Organically – Knock Farm

Roger Polson & Tom Mutter explain how the farm at Knock has been managed organically for the last 15 years, and explain why they became organic, and how it put a whole new challenge into farming. They explain how they resolve the problems they face, from looking out with the box, to using tried and tested basic agricultural methods, such as a good rotation, clean grazing techniques and long term planning to maintain a sustainable beef, sheep and cereal business in exciting times.
