Amy Jo Reid has followed her passion for sheep farming and has built her career around this. After applying for an opportunity at Drummuir Estate for a contract shepherd, Amy Jo is now managing the 700 organic ewes over 511 acres of land, as well as having her own sheep and assisting with other flocks. This has allowed her to manage a large number of flocks on a commercial basis without the large capital investment that would be required to purchase these.
