A change in personal circumstances left Stephen Withers with the choice of selling the sheep part of his business or finding a new partner to take that part the business forward. Neil Sandilands had worked for Stephen previously and was looking for a new opportunity in his career. The partnership they’ve developed has helped the farm to grow and is a great model for how New Entrants to farming can build up some capital by supporting an existing business.
