Ryan Shand farms at Lythebrae Croft in Aberdeenshire. In this video he talks about how he got started in farming from purchasing 30 acres of land in 2016 to building his business to 300 ewes and a herd of 35 cows with an additional croft purchased at the start of 2021. Ryan talks about the challenges he faced as a New Entrant and describes his ambitions for his business in the future.
