Jo has created Drift café out of shipping containers, built up a Castleton events, hosting weddings and now has a food trailer.   Jo has now been selected as a Scottish Food and Drink ambassador. Jo has dealt with many challenges and has overcome hurdles in building the business but works hard to open doors.
