Join ITN to discuss the benefits trees can provide to your livestock and crops and the practical steps you can take to achieve them. Steven Elton, Woodland Officer, Scottish Forestry will talk attendees through how to plan a shelterbelt to meet your objectives, from shape to species selection.
You’ll also hear from two of ITN’s hosts Andrew Hall, Burravoe, Shetland, and Andrew Barbour, Mains of Fincastle, Pitlochry. They’ll offer their practical experiences of designing and creating woodlands to support their businesses.
