From 5.45pm on Wednesday 25th February, Monitor Farm Scotland at the Saplinbrae Hotel will host Leigh Gould, lawyer and partner at Brodies LLP.
Leigh will discuss the implications for farm businesses of recent changes in agricultural property relief (APR) and business property relief (BPR) for Inheritance Tax (IHT) when these are introduced in April 2026.
