Deer Farming Group – Moredun Visit

Come along to our Deer Farming meeting at Moredun Research Institute, Penicuik on Wednesday 28th February, 12 noon start.  This meeting is open to all, however booking is essential for catering purposes (bacon and sausage filled rolls on arrival). At this meeting Richard Playfair from the Venison Advisory Service will quickly run through the new Agriculture Bill in Scotland and the Deer consultation noting feedback from the group. After this, we will hear from Tom McNeilly and scientists who have been involved with the deer work at the Moredun, with probably the most notable being an update on the E.
