Women in Agriculture – The Basics Of Biodiversity

Managing and improving biodiversity and wildlife on farm is going to become an integral part of receiving farm support as we move towards the new schemes. David Brown, an environmental consultant with SAC, will deliver a webinar providing a wealth of knowledge on habitat identification and provide advice on preserving and improving these key areas of your land.

This webinar will focus on identifying key areas such as hedges and wetlands as well as drawing your attention to wildlife that may already be present such as ground nesting birds. There will be consultants available in the session to discuss available funding through the Agri- Environment Climate Scheme.
