Sustainable Beef Systems is back this autumn and winter for series three.

Focusing on finishing cattle, our three part webinar series will cover nutrition, health and marketing.

Meeting carcase specification for the target market is vital for a profitable finishing enterprise. In this webinar, SAC Consulting’s beef consultant Sarah Balfour will give an overview of current market requirements and how to achieve them to avoid penalties.

Also joining us will be butcher and farmer Jock Gibson from Edinvale Farm, Dallas and Macbeth’s Butchers, Forres to give an overview of how he markets his own Highland Shorthorn beef and some highlights from his Nuffield Scholarship on meat eating quality from 100% pasture & forage systems.
