The Cow of The Future Part 1 – Where Are We Now?
Following on from our first Sustainable Beef Systems webinars in 2023/24, series 2 will feature a four part webinar series over the autumn and winter focusing on “the cow of the future”.
Part one will set the scene of where we are now in terms of policy and the environment.
In this webinar SRUC’s Professor Steven Thomson will give an insight into agricultural policy in Scotland and the implications for our beef farmers and Harper Adams University ABP Chair of Sustainable Beef and Sheep Production and independent livestock sustainability consultant, Professor Jude Capper will discuss the sustainability of the Scottish beef industry.
