Cauldshiel Trial Site Open Evening June 2019

For the 3rd year, Scotland’s Farm Advisory Service facilitated the open evening at the Cauldshiel Trial Site near Haddington during June 2019.

In this video, we hear from some of the guest speakers from the event with their take-home messages.  Neil Havis, SRUC, gives us an update on fungicides following the ban of chlorothalonil.  Andy Evans SRUC, discusses BYDV management; SAC Consulting’s Julian Bell provides an economic update for the grain market and Steve Hoad, SRUC, provides information about recent updates to the variety choices available to Scottish farmers and growers.
