Biodiversity Audit Meeting with Nature Scot: North Skye
The Whole Farm Plan is now a mandatory part of receiving support payments for farms. Land managers must complete two out of five possible audits initially, with all five audits becoming compulsory by 2028. One of these audits is the Biodiversity Audit, which involves creating a habitat map of your farm.
Join our interactive workshop to learn how to identify key habitats and species on your land. This session will provide you with the skills and confidence to carry out the biodiversity audit on your farm. Whether you’re new to biodiversity assessments or need some guidance, this workshop will equip you with the necessary tools to complete your audit successfully.
What you can expect:
-
Clear instructions on the requirements for the biodiversity audit
-
Guidance on how to identify and map habitats
