Morayshire New Entrants – Forage Crops
Are you struggling with forage shortages and high feed prices this winter? Forage crops are a low cost solution to winter rations and can help plug the forage gap. Come along to this meeting at Longmore Community Hall, Keith on Tuesday 31st January at 7 pm to hear SAC Consulting’s sheep and forage crop expert Kirsten Williams discuss establishment and utilisation of forage crops. Please bring along one of your neeps or fodder beet (with shaws intact) for one of our practical exercises.
