Common Grazings – The Risks of Being Out of Office

Having a ‘regulated’ or ‘in office’ Common Grazing means that there is a committee in place. In this short video, we outline the benefits of having a clerk and committee, and the disadvantages of not having a CG committee to oversee the grazings.
