Fluke treatments fall into a spectrum - from those which kill almost all ages of fluke to those which only kill adult fluke. If only adult fluke are killed, the young fluke will continue to develop in the liver and will contaminate your pasture when they mature and shed eggs into the host sheep’s faeces.
