New Entrant Finance Course: Introduction to Finance – Lanark
If you’ve recently established an agricultural business or are looking to get started in the near future, you need a firm understanding of finance. This New Entrants Finance Course comprising of an in-person introductory meeting and three webinars throughout February will demystify and develop key financial concepts you will need to succeed. If you attend all four sessions, you will receive a CPD certificate.
This series will develop you in the following areas:
– The different business structures and the responsibilities of each
– Types of finance and where to find it
– Bookkeeping and VAT.
– Accounts/Account Analysis.
– Cash Flow.
There are in-person kick-off sessions being arranged across the country on the 4th/5th/6th of Feb. After which there will be 3 webinars exploring specific areas of finance. Places for the kick-off sessions are limited so act quickly to ensure you get a place.
