This is the second year of these groups and the first year has been used to gather the data and now the business involved can reap the benefits of that exercise. In 2018 – 2019, the plan is to start drilling down into the figures in much more detail, so we can unearth these business strengths and weaknesses (as individual businesses and as a group of businesses sharing the same issues). This is a really important part of the process and is where the members will get real benefit
