We have all heard the saying ‘If you don’t measure it you can’t manage it’ this applies to all aspects of your business and this workshop is about sharing experience’s on the easiest and most time effective way to use the information we gather to help make tactical and strategical decisions about your business.

We will cover:

• the type of information you should be gathering to calculate forage, livestock and business performance,
• how to measure these against industry standards
• setting your own key performance indicators.
• what technology can do to help us do this and how to use this information to make decisions to improve your business
