Discussion Groups
Quick links:
All our discussion groups have a local focus / topics, and all are based on an underlying emphasis on benchmarking and the use of physical and financial data to measure and assess performance. The number of meetings and the content varies between the different discussion groups.
In all cases the groups are professionally facilitated by a local consultant, skilled in managing meetings and programmes of meetings, with the objective that advice is relayed to the attendees. The aim of each programme is to ensure that a range of topics are addressed and thereby create an integrated programme.
