The final meeting in this series of three will focus on ‘ruthless cost removal’ by identifying waste within the production process. Attendees will learn how to identify and use the TIM WOODS principles to make their operation more efficient.

Attendees are asked to bring along a production issue they are currently facing, such as unnecessary movement of grain or reduced work rates due to field sizes.  These ideas will form the basis o this interactive workshop.
