Calling all crofters, clerks and committee members!

We are holding an online meeting to help you increase the effectiveness and harmony of your common grazings committee.

With many users of a common, with different needs, disagreements can arise.  This workshop will  look at disputes and disagreements and how they escalate, and will demonstrate how skills and techniques used in mediation can help to effectively manage and resolve disputes.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to  –

• Understand some of the causes of disputes and how they escalate
• Use a number of tools used in mediation to resolve disputes and disagreements
• Understand the benefits of mediation and how to access it
