Priority Catchment Awareness Meeting, East Lothian Coastal, Tyne & Esk
This on farm meeting will focus on the measures arable farmers can take within the priority catchment.
The meeting will consist of a farm walk to discuss watercourse and steading management and to demonstrate what is to be expected by SEPA’s visit. There will also be an opportunity to see some of the farm’s areas of conservation and how these are being used to reduce water pollution and provide a valuable habitat for wildlife. Paul Chapman (SAC Consulting) will also be in attendance to discuss the areas of conservation at Townhead.
